Hi There!
I'm Reshma, Founder and Chef of Every Aroma and Vannu Tinnuka, based in Mumbai, India. Born and brought up in Mumbai, my childhood was all about following my mother into the kitchen and being inquisitive about what's cooking.
I started my food journey with my regional breakfast delicacy (Poha - flattened rice cooked with chillies, onions and fresh coriander) and then went on to learn the more elaborate and complex regional home food.

In 2010 I started Every Aroma after doing a Cookery and Bakery course from IHM, Mumbai. Every year it was about adapting to the market, learning new skills and techniques, working on improving the old ones.
Gosh, I've loved every bit of it!!!!

I have had the chance of exploring different cuisines, enhancing my skills through my travels, work experience, local food joint visits and food styling assignments.
​
With a dream to Travel for and with food, I want to explore India and touch International shores one day and to let the world know Indian food is more than Butter Chicken and Chicken Tikka Masala.

With numerous Food and Restaurant Pop ups on the way around the country and hosting Travellers (nearly 300+) from all over the world, let's say the journey has just begun.
