Folk, an Indian restaurant located in Mumbai, offers Indian Regional cuisine from different parts of Maharashtra that align perfectly with our vision. The time had come to introduce Kolhapuri cuisine to their customers, and the response was fantastic!
The most popular dish was the Kolhapuri Mutton Thali, with Kotimbir Wadi and Alu Wadi coming in a close second. The success of this event would not have been possible without the support of the team at Folk, including both the kitchen staff and the service staff on the floor.
